Born in 1974 in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. Graduated from the University of Tokyo and the University of Tokyo Graduate School.
Business Experience:
After completing graduate school, he gained experience in global financial markets with Deutsche Bank Group and honed his management consulting skills at McKinsey & Company.
He was promoted to Manager in just 3 years and 9 months, the shortest time at the time. In 2004, he joined Fields Corporation as Chief of the President’s Office and concurrently served as a director for two subsidiaries in the sports and entertainment sector.
In 2007, he joined Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd. as a Turnaround Manager, later becoming Executive Vice President and COO, contributing to the company achieving the highest sales and customer satisfaction in Japan for conveyor-belt sushi.
In 2015, he became the President and CEO of Xebio Co., Ltd., managing the nationwide expansion of the "Super Sports Xebio" business.
In April 2021, he founded Manpuku Holdings Co., Ltd. and became its President.
Since 2017, he have also served as an outside director of Kakaku.com, the company that operates Tabelog and other services.
Sports Experience:
During his time at Kaisei Junior High and High School, he was part of the rugby team and reached the top 16 in the Tokyo Metropolitan Tournament in his second year.
In university, he started playing American football and led the university team to its first-ever appearance in the Kanto Playoffs in his fourth year. In his third year, he was selected to the Kanto All-Star team and in his fourth year, to the All-Japan student team (Position: Tight End).
After graduation, he joined the Asahi Beer Silver Stars in the X-League, Japan’s professional American football league.
He spent 9 years with the team, making four appearances in the national finals and winning once, and played in the Rice Bowl against the national champions.
He also served as Vice President of the University of Tokyo American Football Team Warriors Alumni Association, Chair of the Advisory Board, and in February 2021, became the President of the General Incorporated Association Tokyo University Warriors Club, aiming for his alma mater’s national championship.

In 2008, he became the President of Hanaya Yohei Co., Ltd.
From 2014, he joined a consulting firm, focusing on post-merger integration (PMI) work, and also participated in the management of UCC Food Services.
In 2017, he became the COO of Dynamics Co., Ltd., a nationwide chain.

Born in 1980 in Tokyo, Japan.
In 1999, he joined Oizumi Co., Ltd.
He honed his culinary skills and knowledge, becoming a store manager within two years, where he learned management responsibilities.
Afterward, he worked as a supervisor and in the Sales Promotion Department at headquarters, overseeing store openings in the Tohoku region and contributing to employee training, including new graduate programs.
In 2012, he joined F&B Project Co., Ltd.
He became the head of product development, purchasing, and logistics, and have consistently proposed products that match the company’s various business formats, which include both Japanese and Western cuisine.
An expert in procurement and logistics who has been active across numerous companies, including Oizumi Co., Ltd. He has led end-to-end processes spanning product planning, sourcing, and supply across a wide range of goods.

General Manager, Group Strategy Promotion Office
Born in Seoul, South Korea in 1997. Graduated from the University of Tokyo.
After graduation, joined Morgan Stanley as a new graduate. At Morgan Stanley, was engaged in M&A execution in the Investment Banking Division. In 2022, transitioned to a hedge fund in Hong Kong, where was responsible for investment research and advisory services focused on manufacturing companies in Japan and South Korea.
IIn June 2025, he was appointed Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Manpuku Holdings, and in December of the same year, he became a Director.
Auditor
Born in 1957 in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan.
After joining Itochu Corporation in 1981, he was stationed overseas in Tehran, Moscow, Singapore, and London, and worked within the Itochu Group, including secondments and transfers to group companies.
He was primarily engaged in steel pipe export operations. In April 2017, he became Executive Officer at Kyosei Corporation, a member of the Itochu Group, and in April 2018, he was appointed President and CEO of the same company.
In March 2022, he took on the role of Senior Advisor at Kyosei Corporation.
General Manager, Internal Audit Office
Born in Yamanashi, Japan in 1972.
As General Manager of the Accounting Division at AEON’s headquarters in Malaysia, he was responsible for finance, accounting, and management control across nine companies in six ASEAN countries, leading the development of management systems and operational infrastructure for each company.
He later joined a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed machinery manufacturer, where he led the implementation of J-SOX and conducted internal audits in Japan as well as across Europe, the Americas, and the ASEAN region. He subsequently served as General Manager of the Head Office Accounting Division, overseeing financial reporting and disclosure activities while driving the development of a group-wide finance and accounting platform.
Drawing on his extensive experience in finance and accounting operations both in Japan and overseas, as well as his expertise in building cross-functional organizational systems, he is focused on strengthening the Group’s management infrastructure.

Born in 1976 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
While studying in the U.S., he started as a sushi chef. He returned to Japan at the age of 26 and experienced opening new stores.
He then transitioned to Four Seas Co., Ltd., where he worked in the delivery sushi business, managing operations as a General Manager after starting as a store manager.
After gaining experience, including founding his own company, he joined Gong Cha Japan Co., Ltd. in 2016 and contributed to the management of the startup.
He was responsible for overall management, including sales, business development, and human resources.

Born in 1983 in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.
In 2003, he joined Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd.
He learned the basics of sushi knowledge and restaurant operations and became a store manager within a year of joining.
He gained experience as a store manager at multiple locations for 9 years, also contributing to new store openings. As an Area Manager, he managed several stores.
Later, he worked as a Sales Manager, overseeing the operations of multiple locations.
He worked for Akindo Sushiro for 18 years as a core employee.
Demonstrated strong leadership as President of the fifth project, and is now achieving further growth as President of the tenth project.

Born in 1990 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
After graduating from university, he joined F&B Project Co., Ltd. in 2013. He first gained experience as a store manager in the seafood izakaya and grilled offal restaurant formats, and later became an area manager for a fried chicken specialty store within the fast food sector.
In 2015, he joined a venture focused on the succession of food businesses.
During an M&A process, he was involved in managing multiple restaurant brands as a group manager and deputy head of the sales division, where he worked on improving individual stores and developed medium- to long-term business plans for the entire group.
He currently serves as president of the fifth project, demonstrating strong leadership.

CEO, Manpuku USA
He was born in Japan and spent his childhood in the United States and Southeast Asia. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University, he joined Japan Airlines International in 2007, where he received the Newcomer Award. In 2011, he moved to the U.S. to participate in the expansion project of Round One’s American subsidiary. Following his role as Head of Strategic Planning for Kura Sushi USA’s IPO, he contributed to launching RIZAP USA and its Asian subsidiaries. In 2017, he founded a consulting firm in the U.S. to support Japanese companies entering the American market. In addition, he has launched several businesses in the United States, including premium sweets and matcha brands.

Born in Tokyo, Japan in 1967.
Joined Suntory Limited in 1991. After working in sales for the foodservice industry, he spent 23 years from 1997 in Suntory’s foodservice consulting division, where he was involved in numerous projects with restaurant and foodservice companies.
From 2007 to 2009, he served as Project Manager for the “Kaku Highball Bar” project, which helped spark Japan’s highball boom. From 2024 to 2025, he oversaw the company’s overseas restaurant operations, leading initiatives to improve underperforming restaurants as well as the development and launch of new restaurant concepts in Singapore.
Drawing on his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the foodservice industry, he is focused on driving the growth of the Group’s businesses.

Born in 1969 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
After graduating from university, he joined Seiyo Food Systems Co., Ltd. in 1993. After being assigned to stores, he worked as a store manager, SV, sales management at headquarters, restaurant operations manager, and director.
In 2007, he transferred to Seiyo Restaurant Systems, where he became Sales Manager, Head of Sales Promotion, and later Executive Officer of Sales Promotion. He also became involved in store development.
In 2012, he joined a nationwide chain of izakayas and Japanese/Western/Chinese restaurants, where he served as Business Planning Manager, responsible for M&A, business alliances, and later as Purchasing Manager.
In 2020, he worked as Head of Store Development at a Chinese ramen chain, overseeing new store openings and launching new business ventures.
Currently serves as a Director of the tenth project.

Born in Tokyo, Japan in 1998.
Joined a fresh fish retailer in 2022, where he developed expertise in store operations and fresh fish processing, and later took on store management responsibilities as a store manager. He subsequently joined Marine Foods Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for new business development for cheese OEM products, while also engaging in sales activities for the seafood industry.
Drawing on his experience in both frontline store operations and sales, he continues to deepen his understanding of food ingredients and the food industry while creating new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the Group.

Born in 1989 in Tokyo, Japan.
In 2012, upon graduating from university, he joined a restaurant company in Tokyo. He started as a restaurant manager and later became a supervisor for a fried chicken chain.
He was responsible for managing the financial performance of 9 direct-owned stores, improving both company-owned and franchise locations, and providing education and training for franchisees, which contributed to the expansion of the business.
In 2017, he joined a venture company focusing on food business succession. As the marketing manager, he led the development of various new business formats, including French, Japanese kaiseki, ramen, and pizza delivery.
He was responsible for product planning, promotional strategy development, and media production, driving business growth.
Currently oversees the entire process of business due diligence for target companies.

After graduating from university, he began his career at Global-Dining, Inc., gaining broad hands-on experience in the restaurant industry, including store operations.
He later worked with several companies, where he was involved in launching new businesses, revitalizing underperforming stores, and driving business improvements, eventually serving as President and Representative Director. Throughout his career, he has combined a deep understanding of frontline operations with a management perspective, consistently driving initiatives from identifying and solving business challenges to building sustainable systems that deliver continuous results.

In 2004, he joined the UCC Group.
He gained experience as a store manager, area manager, and manufacturing plant manager. In 2012, he became a supervisor for UCC Coffee's franchise stores, focusing on business guidance and new store development.
Later, he worked in the sales planning department, handling promotions, product planning and development, and the development of the franchise system. As a manager, he contributed to the development of food products for Ueshima Coffee Shop.
Since 2018, he has been responsible for human resources at Dynamics Co., Ltd.
After serving as president of a successor company, he engaged in PMI (post-merger integration) for new projects.

Through these experiences, he has developed a broad range of expertise, from new business development to organizational management. Drawing on his strong sales and management capabilities, he is currently focused on driving strategic initiatives to support the Group’s business growth and creating new value.

In 2013, he was seconded to a government-affiliated financial institution, where he was involved in sports facility management, market research, and planning for the sports industry.
Upon returning to Xebio in 2015, he gained experience as a store manager, and later as a Supervisor (SV), where he worked on performance improvement and personnel training across multiple stores.
Subsequently, he joined the corporate planning team as an executive assistant, contributing to sales strategies and business improvement projects.
He also gained experience as an assistant buyer, handling purchasing and product strategy.

In 2001, he returned to his hometown and joined Sanin Godo Bank. In 2007, he obtained my CPA qualification and joined Azusa Audit Corporation.
At the audit division, he engaged in statutory audits, voluntary audits, IPO support, and IFRS implementation support.
In 2020, he moved to the corporate sector and worked as the General Manager of the Accounting Department, overseeing general accounting operations and IPO project tasks.
In March 2021, he established and independently operated "Horikawa Certified Public Accountant Office."
Joined Manpuku at its founding as CFO, building the foundation of its financial strategy. Also contributed to the training of accounting staff across group subsidiaries.

Joined McDonald's Japan in 2012, where he gained experience in store operations, accounting, and budget control. In 2020, he joined Skymark Inc., where he managed a team of eight and led debt financing, equity financing, budget management, and the formulation of medium-term management plans.
He was also a member of the IPO preparation office, responsible for drafting application documents and handling investor relations.
Subsequently, he joined KPMG AZSA LLC, where he engaged in IPO support for domestic and international clients, as well as system implementation support.

In 2018, she joined an investment fund company, where she worked as an executive secretary and assisted with general affairs, administrative, and accounting tasks. In addition to these responsibilities, she was actively involved in fully supporting a B2C business, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of company operations.
In 2020, she became a member of the CEO’s office at a venture company, where she supported executives, assisted with sales, and handled public relations tasks.

Afterward, she became the center manager, overseeing operations at the company’s center.

I have gained extensive hands-on experience in business operations, including managing family-owned stores, business development, and launching and supporting new businesses. Drawing on my hands-on perspective and broad range of experience, I currently oversee general affairs, public relations, and recruitment at Manpuku Holdings. Through supporting organizational development, improving the internal work environment, and communicating the Group’s strengths both internally and externally, I contribute to the Group’s continued growth.
