Born in 1974 in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. Graduated from the University of Tokyo and the University of Tokyo Graduate School.
Business Experience:
After completing graduate school, he gained experience in global financial markets with Deutsche Bank Group and honed his management consulting skills at McKinsey & Company.
He was promoted to Manager in just 3 years and 9 months, the shortest time at the time. In 2004, he joined Fields Corporation as Chief of the President’s Office and concurrently served as a director for two subsidiaries in the sports and entertainment sector.
In 2007, he joined Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd. as a Turnaround Manager, later becoming Executive Vice President and COO, contributing to the company achieving the highest sales and customer satisfaction in Japan for conveyor-belt sushi.
In 2015, he became the President and CEO of Xebio Co., Ltd., managing the nationwide expansion of the "Super Sports Xebio" business.
In April 2021, he founded Manpuku Holdings Co., Ltd. and became its President.
Since 2017, he have also served as an outside director of Kakaku.com, the company that operates Tabelog and other services.
Sports Experience:
During his time at Kaisei Junior High and High School, he was part of the rugby team and reached the top 16 in the Tokyo Metropolitan Tournament in his second year.
In university, he started playing American football and led the university team to its first-ever appearance in the Kanto Playoffs in his fourth year. In his third year, he was selected to the Kanto All-Star team and in his fourth year, to the All-Japan student team (Position: Tight End).
After graduation, he joined the Asahi Beer Silver Stars in the X-League, Japan’s professional American football league.
He spent 9 years with the team, making four appearances in the national finals and winning once, and played in the Rice Bowl against the national champions.
He also served as Vice President of the University of Tokyo American Football Team Warriors Alumni Association, Chair of the Advisory Board, and in February 2021, became the President of the General Incorporated Association Tokyo University Warriors Club, aiming for his alma mater’s national championship.

Born in 1966 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
After joining Shin Nihon Securities (now Mizuho Securities) as a new graduate, he moved to Zensho Co., Ltd. at the age of 26.
He started as the store manager of the Sukiya beef bowl chain, and worked his way up through various roles, including Block Manager, Head of Sales, Factory Manager, Head of HR, and Chief of the President’s Office. At 30, he became a director.
As the head of the Related Companies Department, he oversaw M&As, including those of companies such as Coco’s, Big Boy, Wendy’s, Gyuan, and Daiwa Foods, serving as a director for these companies and handling post-merger integration (PMI).
At the age of 38, he left Zensho and co-founded a consulting company, which later became TARMS Co., Ltd.
He became involved in managing several companies, including Royal Kanto, Fujiya Food Services, Western Restaurant Systems, Kagonoya, UCC Food Services, Souz, Bikkuri Sushi, and Tripro.
He has also collaborated with various investment funds, including Unison Capital, Ant Capital, Longreach, and Cass Capital, and continue to be active in this field today.

In 1995, he joined Zensho Co., Ltd. and became involved in managing various stores as the Director of the Education Department and Head of the Sales Planning Office.
Later, he worked on the turnaround and management of group companies after M&A activities.
In 2008, he became the President of Hanaya Yohei Co., Ltd.
From 2014, he joined a consulting firm, focusing on post-merger integration (PMI) work, and also participated in the management of UCC Food Services.
In 2017, he became the COO of Dynamics Co., Ltd., a nationwide chain. He also served as the President of Happy Shokai Co., Ltd. and Sunfresh Meat Co., Ltd.

Auditor
Born in 1957 in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan.
After joining Itochu Corporation in 1981, he was stationed overseas in Tehran, Moscow, Singapore, and London, and worked within the Itochu Group, including secondments and transfers to group companies.
He was primarily engaged in steel pipe export operations. In April 2017, he became Executive Officer at Kyosei Corporation, a member of the Itochu Group, and in April 2018, he was appointed President and CEO of the same company.
In March 2022, he took on the role of Senior Advisor at Kyosei Corporation.

Born in 1973 in Tokyo, Japan.
After graduating from Waseda University, he joined WDI Co., Ltd. Learned American-style management while on assignment in Guam. Upon returning to Japan, launched large-scale stores as a General Manager before working in the headquarters' purchasing and corporate planning departments.
Later, he was assigned to the U.S. again, leading the New York expansion project for a high-end robatayaki restaurant. Subsequently, he served as Vice President of the local subsidiaries in Los Angeles and Dallas, overseeing administrative operations and restaurant management. Also he spearheaded market entry into new locations, including Las Vegas and Miami.
He developed new businesses through various operational models, including direct management, joint ventures, management contracts, franchising, and licensing.

Born in 1982 in Tokyo, Japan.
At the age of 10, he moved to New York and spent his high school years in the United States. After graduating from Keio University, he joined a specialized trading company in 2006.
He later returned to the U.S. and worked as a General Manager at a high-end men's shoe store in Hawaii, where he was involved in purchasing, sales, back-office operations, and the opening of new stores.
In 2009, he passed the U.S. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam.
In 2014, he joined a mid-sized auditing firm based in Los Angeles, where he conducted audits for various U.S.-based subsidiaries of Japanese companies in industries such as food, logistics, and cosmetics.
In 2016, he became a registered U.S. CPA.
In 2018, he moved to Dallas and joined KPMG LLP. After auditing for a major Japanese IT services company, he worked in the Advisory Department, supporting IFRS conversion and IPO preparations.
In 2022, he was seconded to KPMG Azusa Audit Corporation in Japan, where he led a team supporting a Japanese venture company’s preparation for a NASDAQ listing as the engagement manager for the U.S. IPO project.
In July 2024, he became the Executive Officer and CFO of Manpuku Holdings.

Born in 1978 in Tottori Prefecture, Japan.
In 2001, he returned to his hometown and joined Sanin Godo Bank. In 2007, he obtained my CPA qualification and joined Azusa Audit Corporation.
At the audit division, he engaged in statutory audits, voluntary audits, IPO support, and IFRS implementation support.
In 2020, he moved to the corporate sector and worked as the General Manager of the Accounting Department, overseeing general accounting operations and IPO project tasks.
In March 2021, he established and independently operated "Horikawa Certified Public Accountant Office."

In 1999, he joined Oizumi Co., Ltd.
He honed his culinary skills and knowledge, becoming a store manager within two years, where he learned management responsibilities.
Afterward, he worked as a supervisor and in the Sales Promotion Department at headquarters, overseeing store openings in the Tohoku region and contributing to employee training, including new graduate programs.
In 2012, he joined F&B Project Co., Ltd.
He became the head of product development, purchasing, and logistics, and have consistently proposed products that match the company’s various business formats, which include both Japanese and Western cuisine.

While studying in the U.S., he started as a sushi chef. He returned to Japan at the age of 26 and experienced opening new stores.
He then transitioned to Four Seas Co., Ltd., where he worked in the delivery sushi business, managing operations as a General Manager after starting as a store manager.
After gaining experience, including founding his own company, he joined Gong Cha Japan Co., Ltd. in 2016 and contributed to the management of the startup.
He was responsible for overall management, including sales, business development, and human resources.
Currently, he serves as the president of Sapporo Kaiseimaru Co., Ltd. and Sushi Kokoro Nakamura Co., Ltd.

After graduating from university, he joined F&B Project Co., Ltd. in 2013. He first gained experience as a store manager in the seafood izakaya and grilled offal restaurant formats, and later became an area manager for a fried chicken specialty store within the fast food sector.
In 2015, he joined a venture focused on the succession of food businesses.
During an M&A process, he was involved in managing multiple restaurant brands as a group manager and deputy head of the sales division, where he worked on improving individual stores and developed medium- to long-term business plans for the entire group.
He also serves as the vice president of Otsuka Co., Ltd., Ogura Dolphin Co., Ltd., and Sakura Ya Shokusangyo Co., Ltd.

After graduating from university, he joined Seiyo Food Systems Co., Ltd. in 1993. After being assigned to stores, he worked as a store manager, SV, sales management at headquarters, restaurant operations manager, and director.
In 2007, he transferred to Seiyo Restaurant Systems, where he became Sales Manager, Head of Sales Promotion, and later Executive Officer of Sales Promotion. He also became involved in store development.
In 2012, he joined a nationwide chain of izakayas and Japanese/Western/Chinese restaurants, where he served as Business Planning Manager, responsible for M&A, business alliances, and later as Purchasing Manager.
In 2020, he worked as Head of Store Development at a Chinese ramen chain, overseeing new store openings and launching new business ventures.
He is currently a director at Hamadaya Co., Ltd.

Born in 1973 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
After graduating from university, he joined Seiyo Food Systems Co., Ltd. in 1996. Later, he worked for both national chain and regional chain foodservice companies.
While at a subsidiary of Zensho Holdings, he held management positions such as District Manager and Supervisor. He was also part of the Quality Control Department, where he focused on ensuring food safety and quality for customers. He provided training and guidance to employees on-site and was involved in scientific-based inspections related to food safety.

Born in 1984 in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
He joined Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation as a new graduate in 2008, engaging in personal asset management and inheritance planning.
In 2014, he joined the family business in the food and confectionery manufacturing industry, overseeing business expansion and accounting operations. As the Representative Director, he worked on business revitalization.
After transferring the business in 2020, he took on a role as a division manager at a food company, leading digital transformation (DX) initiatives and marketing operations.
In 2023, he transitioned to a Japanese and Western confectionery manufacturing company. At the headquarters, he promoted DX initiatives, while also serving as the head of the direct sales department, focusing on revenue recovery and team development.

He gained experience as a store manager, area manager, and manufacturing plant manager. In 2012, he became a supervisor for UCC Coffee's franchise stores, focusing on business guidance and new store development.
Later, he worked in the sales planning department, handling promotions, product planning and development, and the development of the franchise system. As a manager, he contributed to the development of food products for Ueshima Coffee Shop.

In 2017, he joined a venture company focusing on food business succession. As the marketing manager, he led the development of various new business formats, including French, Japanese kaiseki, ramen, and pizza delivery.
