Founded with 10 like-minded colleagues.
Succession of Bento brand,
fresh meat business, and seafood processing business.
Raised 400 million yen in funding at the time of establishment.
2022
Succession of karaage takeout business and sushi delivery brands.
Raised 1 billion yen in Series A funding.
2023
Acquired the seafood processing / Akaushi beef brand-related businesses /established sushi brand.
2024
Acquired the yakiniku brand / seafood processing business.
Raised 1.2 billion yen in Series B funding
(with 300 million yen raised in an extension round).

Expanded into the United States.

Japan's "Meat Republic," "Fish Republic,"
